The GCIC Incubator and its gender responsive masterclasses have truly been transformative for me. Amidst the hustle of entrepreneurship and the responsibilities of family life, finding time to upskill and grow my knowledge has always been a struggle. However, these sessions have not only provided me with valuable insights but have also sparked a profound shift in my mindset towards self-care and personal growth.

The Women Entrepreneurs Transformation Program (WETP) sessions provided a platform for me to delve deeper into this concept, allowing me to understand the significance of taking care of myself to effectively care for others. In particular, the session with Mono Asampong resonated deeply with me, reaffirming that self-care is not selfish but rather a necessary aspect of maintaining overall wellness.

Additionally, Dr. Amonobea Boateng’s (GCIC’s Gender Adviser) own story of self-discovery was truly inspiring. Her own story is a beacon of hope, affirming that it is never too late to pursue personal growth and fulfillment.

Overall, my experience with the GCIC Incubator and its gender responsive Masterclasses has been nothing short of transformative. I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to learn, grow, and connect with such inspiring individuals, and I look forward to continuing my journey towards self-discovery and empowerment with their guidance and support.
